These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our primary website, BeauxStudios.com, as well as all associated websites, subdomains, digital initiatives, e-commerce features, and hosted activations operating under our umbrella, including Beaux Workshops, Beaux Chateaux, oOoOo, and artdropDTO (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our website, purchasing products or artwork, registering for workshops or events, or participating in digital art drops, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Beaux Studios operates as a multi-disciplinary creative studio, agency, and experiential brand platform. These Terms apply universally across all our active sub-brands and initiatives:

• Beaux Studios: Branding, strategy, consulting, and core agency operations.
• Beaux Workshops: Educational programs, corporate workshops, community activations, and event registrations.
• Beaux Chateaux: Architectural, design, lifestyle, and spatial concepts.
• oOoOo & artdropDTO: Digital initiatives, interactive campaigns, and limited-edition art drops.

Unless otherwise indicated, all content, design elements, graphics, photography, text, original artwork, concepts, branding, logos, software code, and interactive features on BeauxStudios.com and its affiliated properties are the exclusive property of Beaux Studios (or used under license) and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Limited License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view our content solely for personal, non-commercial use.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content, artwork, or workshop materials without explicit prior written permission from Beaux Studios.

When purchasing original artwork, physical goods, or participating in limited-edition drops through artdropDTO, oOoOo, or Beaux Studios:

• Pricing & Availability: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars ($USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales quantities or discontinue products at any time.
• Accuracy of Product Descriptions: We strive to represent artwork and product colors as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color or texture will be 100% accurate.
• All Sales Final / Return Policy: Due to the custom and limited-edition nature of original artwork, prints, and art drops, all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise or if an item arrives damaged. If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at art@beauxstudios.com with photos of the damage.

By registering for or participating in workshops, community activations, or events hosted by Beaux Workshops:

• Registration & Payment: Workshop fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure your seat.
• Cancellations & Refunds:
  
  • Cancellation requests made 7 days or more prior to a scheduled workshop date are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event are non-refundable due to material preparation and limited seating capacity, though registrations may be transferred to another individual upon notice to us.
• Event Changes: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to low enrollment, severe weather, or unforeseen emergencies. In the event of a cancellation by us, participants will receive a 100% refund or transfer credit.
• Safety & Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to follow safety guidelines and demonstrate respectful behavior toward instructors, venues, and fellow attendees. We reserve the right to remove any participant who poses a safety hazard or disrupts an event without refund.

If you submit text, ideas, photographs, or creative responses through interactive prompts, digital activations, or art drop forms on our site:

• You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content.
• You grant Beaux Studios a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and feature your submission in connection with our community projects, marketing materials, and digital archives (unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing).

All transactions on BeauxStudios.com are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or GoDaddy Payments).

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
• Beaux Studios does not store or process full credit card details on its own servers.

Our Services are hosted within the GoDaddy ecosystem and may contain links to third-party websites or external tools. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, terms, or privacy practices of external third parties. Accessing third-party sites is done entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beaux Studios, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, or goodwill—arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our site;
• Any physical injury, property loss, or damage occurring during in-person workshops or events, except where caused by gross negligence.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Beaux Studios in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Our website and all Services, products, and workshops are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue thereof.
